Key Features
- 1. An imported ceramic focusing cavity offers high reflectivity, strong energy output, heat and corrosion resistance, and a very long service life.
- 2. A dedicated 1.5 W water chiller handles long-duration, high-power welding with better stability. Note: the 400 W model comes with a 3 P chiller.
- 3. The worktable features a load-bearing 3D base with an electric lift. Precision ball screws and high-accuracy linear guides deliver light, flexible movement and precise positioning, with load capacity up to 100 kg.
- 4. The laser head slides forward and backward, lifts manually, and rotates easily 180 degrees for convenient welding on either side.
- 5. The gas shielding system effectively protects the product during welding, preserving its original color and ensuring weld quality.
- 6. An advanced automatic exposure system keeps the working light comfortable for the operator’s eyes. The laser head rotates 360 degrees and moves up and down electronically, while the spacious worktable provides ample room for molds. Higher welding energy allows thicker filler wire than standard welders, with steadier welding performance.
